1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
  • Custom-made or clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • Once approved, return the item to our designated address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 days after the returned item is inspected.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days for assistance.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders, used furniture, and clearance items cannot be returned.
